Free updates are available for one year (including any major version
updates), or until the next major version, whichever is later. For example:
- If we release a new major version three months after your purchase, you may download that upgrade free, and receive nine more months of free updates
- If, on the other hand, the next major version is six years from the date of purchase, you will receive free updates for those six years, but the major version upgrade will not be included

Technical Support
- Technical support is Google-group based, and is free to all licensees for the life of the product

Free technical support is limited to HyperbrowZe-related usage
questions
- We offer paid Consulting services for those needing more complex advice or more individualized assistance
- We endeavor to answer qualifying questions within 1-2 business days

Only HyperBrowZe licensees (or their quailified employees) may join
- Licensees are not automatically enrolled
- See support pages for enrollment
- Any member may post questions (or share their knowledge)
