  • Requirements
    • A current Up & Up product update subscription is required
      • Your initial purchase included a subscription for free downloads, and you were emailed  a unique login ID and password
      • Contact Us if you have misplaced your credentials
      • Subscriptions last either one year from your last paid license purchase (or version upgrade) or until the next major version is released, whichever comes later.
    • You must accept our security certificate if requested when you attempt to login
      • This is a self-signed certificate 
      • Our company will not be listed in your browser's trusted authority database:  you may see alarming warning messages from your browser as a result.  Acceptance places you at no personal risk.  This certificate is used solely to protect logins and downloads from our protected areas, not for entering any personal or financial information
      • If you accept the certificate permanently, your browser will add it to its database
      • You should only have to do this once on any given machine unless you reinstall the browser (some browsers may also kill our certificate on a major version upgrade)

  • Support group access requirements
    • The tech support group is a private Google Group
    • We approve all licensees (or qualified employees) for membership, but only licensees
    • Before you can access the group, you must subscribe:
      • Use the subscribe button above
      • Login to Google with the ID you want to use in the group
      • Identify yourself (or your employer) in the subscription request so we know you are a licensee
      • Approval of your membership should occur by the next business day
    • The same Google login will be required for each subsequent access
  • Please do not add the support group email address to your "out of office" notification list.  It is unlikely the entire user list is interested in your whereabouts <g>
